Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of coleseifert.com and the content production services provided by Cole Seifert ("I", "me", or "my"), a sole proprietor based in San Francisco, California.

Services
I create short-form video content for brands, including sponsored explainer and UGC-style videos. Services may include producing videos, posting them on my social media accounts, and delivering video files for a client's own use, as agreed for each project.
Engagements and payment
- Each project's scope, deliverables, timeline, and fee are agreed in writing (email is sufficient) before work begins.
- Invoices are issued through Stripe and are payable on the terms stated on the invoice.
- Work may be paused if an invoice is overdue, and finished deliverables are released and licensed once payment is received as agreed.
Content rights
- I retain ownership of the content I create, including the underlying footage, scripts, and production files, except where a written agreement states otherwise.
- A client's fee covers the uses described in the project agreement, which ordinarily include posting the delivered video on the client's own social media pages (organic use).
- Paid advertising use, whitelisting, and any use beyond the project agreement require a separate license and fee, agreed in writing.
- I may feature delivered work in my own portfolio, website, and social channels, unless a written agreement states otherwise.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that any product, claim, or material it supplies for a project is accurate and lawful to use.
No guaranteed results
View counts, engagement, and sales outcomes vary and are not guaranteed, except where a specific written agreement for a project expressly states a performance commitment.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability arising out of a project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of an agreement applies to that agreement.
